By default, your employees will receive a Booking Confirmation email and a Booking Reminder Email before the booking start time. If your company doesn’t want employees to receive these emails anymore, now your Admin can disable it.
From SiQ Web App, complete the following.
- In the top-right corner, click your Profile and then click Settings.
- From the left menu, click Company Settings.
If you want to disable all of the emails, then toggle the Email Notifications setting OFF.
If you want to disable one of the emails, then leave the Email Notifications setting ON and then either:
- uncheck the Receive booking remember email notifications 24hrs before booking start time.
- uncheck the Receive booking confirmation emails.
