Set Up Cancel Booking after Check-In

Occasionally, an employee may complete a health check or check-in but have reason to cancel last minute. Admins can allow this by enabling the Cancel Bookings setting.

Follow these instructions to set up cancel bookings after check-in:

Navigate to Settings > Desk Booking Settings > scroll down to Require Check-In


In the Require Check-In section,  find Cancel Bookings and toggle ON to allow cancellation of bookings for your employees after they check-in.


Employees will be able to cancel a booking after they check-in on their SiQ Web App and SiQ Mobile Apps.
