Set Up Recurring Desk Bookings

Your Admin can enable recurring desk bookings so your employees can more easily schedule repeat bookings. 

Your employees will be able to:

  • Book a hotel desk on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Create recurring bookings up to 6 months in advance.
  • Alert an employee of existing reservation conflicts and then display the next available dates.

From the SiQ Web App, complete the following:

  1. In the top-right corner, click your username and then click Settings.
  2. From the left menu, click Desk Booking Settings.
  3. Find Enable Recurring Bookings and toggle the setting to ON. When the setting is OFF, users will not be able to create a recurring booking. 


You'll receive confirmation that your settings have been applied.
