Submit a Move Request

Employees can request desk location changes through their SiQ Mobile App. Inside the app, they can first click on Request Maintenance in the bottom right corner of the app, then describe their current location and click next. The following screen will let the employee enter a free text description of their move request and submit it.

This process is identical to submitting a maintenance request ticket.

 

Move Ticket Approval

Administrators will be able to see the entire maintenance request ticket backlog in the web app by navigating to the Manage tab [1] and selecting Tickets [2]. The search field [3] can help narrow the selection shown [4] and once the move request has been approved, it can be assigned [5] and the maintenance status can be updated [6]:
