Learn how employees complete a Health Check
The health checks are fully customizable according to your business requirements. This article shows you how to enable the Health Checks, customize Health Check communications, and set-up timed Health Check emails.
Enable Health Screenings
Complete the following to enable health screenings for your employees.
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your username. Then click Settings.
Select Desk Booking Settings, and scroll down to find the Health Screening section. Toggle the Health Screening option to ON.
Your Health Screening settings will expand. Use the expanded settings to set-up timed email alerts and customize your Health Check messages.

You control the timing of Health Screening email alerts in Desk Booking Settings. This is what those settings look like:
Set up When Employees Receive Health Checks
This setting controls when employees receive an email reminder and can complete their Health Check:
Select the number of hours before booking time that an employee can complete their Health Check. At that time, the employee will receive an email reminder to complete their Health Check. Click Save on the lower-right when you're done making changes.
For example, if you select 12 hours before booking time, an employee with a booking at Tuesday 10:00 am booking will receive a reminder email at 10:00 pm reminding them to complete their Health Check. Once they complete their Health Check, they can proceed to check-in anytime before their booking.
Set up Admin "Failure to Check-In" Emails
If an employee fails to complete their Health Check, all admins and local admins receive an email alerting them that "Employee hasn't submitted Health Status."
The timing of employee Health Check email reminders and admin "failure to check-in" email alerts are related. In the Admin email alert setting, you choose the number of hours an employee has to complete their Health Check after receiving it.

Choose an amount of time sufficient for the employee to confirm their Health Check, and enough time for an admin to cancel the booking and free up hotel desk space. Click Save on the lower-right when you're done making changes.
For example, you may set your admin email alerts to be sent 11 hr after Health Check enablement. So, an employee with a booking on Tuesday at 10:00 am has from 10:00 pm the evening before through 9:00 am the next morning to complete their health screening. If the employee fails to complete their health screening by 9:00 am, you'll receive an email alert that gives you an hour before check-in to cancel the booking.

Customize Health Check Content
SiQ provides default settings for your Health Checks, but you can customize both the health check message text and the confirmation button.
- Customize your Health Check content by modifying the Text on Message field. There is no limit on the number of characters entered here.
- Customize the default label for the Health Check confirmation by typing into the Confirmation Button Text field.
When you're finished making changes, click Save.
