Admins can manage Hotel Desk Bookings on behalf of Departments and Workplace groups.

Navigate to Manage Bookings
To access the Bookings management page, log in as an Admin and click on the Manage menu icon [1]. Then click on Bookings in the sub menu [2].
Filter Hotel Desk Bookings
From this screen you can select the date range, locations, space, HR locations, departments, and workplace groups and search for bookings.
Select the Date Range to display the filter. Either select a first date and then end date or select a quick filter such as: Next week, Next month, Next 3 months, Next 6 months, Next year.
Select the Locations +Add to display the filter. Search or browse to find the location and then either select the building or floor. You can select more than one building and/or floor.
Select the Space +Add to display the filter. Search or browse to find the space. You can select more than one space.
Select the HR Locations +Add to display the filter. Search or browse to find the HR Location(s).
Select the Departments +Add to display the filter. Search or browse to find the Department(s).
Select the Workplace Group +Add to display the filter. Search or browse to find the Workplace Group(s).
Select the Booked For +Add to display the filter. Search or browse to find by whom the desk was booked for.
Cancel Hotel Desk Booking on behalf of someone
If you have a request to cancel a Hotel Desk Booking for someone then you can search for the hotel desk booking. When you have found the booking, check the Selection check box [1] and then click the Cancel Booking button [2].
Download Bookings
If you want to download the booking to a CSV file.
After you have filter for bookings, click the Ellipse icon, and then click Download CSV. The CSV file will download and this can be opened in Microsoft Excel.
Import Bookings
You can bulk import Hotel Bookings into SiQ. First, you will need to download the .csv template. Click the Ellipse icon, and then click Import.
The Import Bookings dialog displays. Click the download the .csv template [1].
The bookings_template.csv download and this can be opened Microsoft Excel.
Set up the following fields:
- Booking Start Date/Time (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm)
- Booking End Date/Time (yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm)
- Seat (space code)
- Booked For (employee email)
- Booked By (employee email)
When you have completed and saved the file, it is now ready to be uploaded. Either drag and drop the file on the dialog OR click the Browse link to browse and select the file.
When the file has been imported the Import Summary dialog displays.
Import History
Any imported files can be found in the Import History, click the Ellipse icon, and then click Import History.
