Safe Distancing Reminder
Before booking a hotel reservation, you want to keep the health and well-being of staff members in mind. We created flexible, intuitive distancing features to keep your teams operating at peak efficiency. For more details, see Set up Safe Distancing.
All admins can book hotel desks for themselves and for the departments or locations they manage. So, a general admin can book a hotel desk for any employee, a department admin can book for employees within their departments, and location admins can book for employees in their managed locations.

You can book a desk on SiQ Web from either the Book Desk Module or the Floor Map. This article will teach you how to do both.
Book a Desk from the Book Desk Module
From the floor map, click the Book Desk icon.
The floor map displays the hotel desk's availability when making a future booking. Available hotel desks are green and unavailable desks are gray.
Click the Book Desk filter .
Choose reservation dates: either select one or more dates on the calendar or choose a date range. Next, choose reservation hours: either specify hours or choose All Day Booking. When finished, click the UPDATE button.
Available hotel desks appear as green dots on the floor map.
Select the hotel desk you want to book and then click BOOK NOW.
The hotel desk is instantly booked, and the booking can be found in your My Bookings area.
Book a Hotel Desk from the Floor Map
Another way to book a hotel desk is from the floor map.
Navigate to the floor plan. and use the floor plan selector to choose your desired location.
On the floor map, hotel desks appear as dots with turquoise centers.
Click on a hotel desk. A data drawer will open.
Select one or more dates and click Add new booking.
Choose a reservation time: either specify From Time and To Time or choose All Day Booking
Then you can create the booking for yourself, select Me or search for an employee.
